Transparent pricing
Flat rates between the airport and the metro. No surge, no meter, no surprise line item for a flight that landed late. Tolls and the standard 20% chauffeur gratuity are already inside these numbers.
Meet-and-greet inside baggage claim included on arrivals. 60 minutes of free wait time on domestic flights, 90 on international.
Hourly service is door-to-door: the clock starts when the car arrives, not when you climb in. Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments.
We build the run sheet with your planner two weeks out, then drive it twice on paper before the day. One point of contact for the whole party.
Rates shown are for trips beginning and ending inside Franklin, Delaware, Fairfield and Licking counties. Outside that ring we quote by the mile — ask and you'll have a number in writing the same hour. Cancellations more than 4 hours before pickup are free; inside 4 hours we bill half.
Weddings
Weddings go sideways in the gaps — the twenty minutes nobody planned between the first look and the ceremony, the shuttle that leaves three guests behind at the hotel. We plan for the gaps. Two weeks before your date we sit down with your planner or your mom (whoever is actually holding the timeline) and write a run sheet: who rides in which car, at what minute, from which door.
On the day, your lead chauffeur carries the printed sheet and a phone that answers. Cars are detailed the morning of, stocked with chilled water and umbrellas, and staged at the venue 30 minutes early. If the ceremony runs long, we wait — the package covers it.
Corporate accounts
We hold accounts for law firms on Capitol Square, two hospital systems, a Westerville manufacturer and a handful of sales teams who fly out of CMH most Mondays. You get a named dispatcher, a direct line that isn't a phone tree, and a single monthly invoice broken out by traveler and cost center.
Bookings come in by email, phone or a shared calendar invite — whatever your assistant already uses. We confirm within 15 minutes, day or night, and send the traveler's name and mobile to the chauffeur before pickup so nobody stands at a curb holding a sign with the wrong spelling on it.
About us
Xpress Elite Chauffeurs opened in 2011 with a single black Town Car, a pager and a contract to run early-morning crews to Port Columbus. The founder had spent nine years driving for other people's companies and had one rule he wanted to work under: quote the fare honestly, then show up early. Fifteen years later that's still the whole business plan.
We're based on the east side, five minutes from the airport, which is why a 4:30am pickup doesn't cost you a premium. Every chauffeur on our roster is licensed by the City of Columbus, carries a commercial policy, and has been through a background check and a defensive-driving course. Most of them have been with us more than five years — in this business that's the only review that matters.
The cars are ours, not brokered. That means when you call at 11pm for a car in 40 minutes, we know exactly which vehicle is free and who's driving it, because we're the ones answering. It also means the interior you sit in has been cleaned by someone whose name we know.
